Brackenhurst Adventures can provide your Organization, School, or NGO with quality experiences that will enrich and improve your day to day interactions with co-workers and peers.  An adventure at Brackenhurst could be a day or more on our extensive challenge course while you stay at the Brackenhurst Conference Center, or it could be a day rock climbing trip to Hell's Gate National Park where you could climb the famed Fischer's Tower, or imagine a multiple day trip up Kenya's most prominent peak, Mt. Kenya.

Brackenhurst Adventures opens up a whole new dimension to team building. Our programs are tailor made to suit the needs of your group. We give your team a chance to experience changes through outdoor team-oriented experiences that provide an opportunity to discover new possibilities within themselves and with whom they work. We help people from the same organization find common ground beyond the walls of their everyday environment. A word about safety

No matter what the experience, safety remains the focal point of our core values.  Our certified facilitators ensure that the program  and the participants are safe at all times.  By adopting the ‘challenge by choice’ motto and the 'full value contract' we are committed to maintaining an environment that is emotionally and physically safe.  Pre-inspections take place prior to every challenge course program and routine equipment checks are performed to ensure everyone’s safety.  Facilitators also perform the necessary safety checks on participants throughout each program and teach proper safety techniques necessary for the program.  Your safety is our primary concern while you are Experiencing Changes at Brackenhurst Adventures.

Each experience at Brackenhurst Adventures begins before the participants arrive. In order to provide your team with a unique experience we must first build a relationship between our course facilitators and the eventual participants.  Our expert facilitators start by meeting with your group to get a better understanding of your organization and your specific needs. Once we have finished our comprehensive needs assessment and understand your requirements, we begin to build a program that is customized to your group. 

Activities are designed to help team members understand they must rely on one another.  Brackenhurst Adventures employs a series of activities that stress the importance of interdependence.  We establish this concept in terms of group safety, intelligent behavior, and trust.  Once these fundamentals are established we begin to develop exercises and activities that gradually increase in complexity, challenging your team to make decisions, resolve differences, build confidence, and communicate with one another.  Trust is the building block of the entire experience and a concept that we challenge our participants to take home with them and apply to their lives every day.
